transaction Giant Leap International Limited owns

5 148 237 shares of Idex corresponding to 1.25% of

all outstanding shares.

At the same time, Smart Riches Limited owns 16 225

062 shares of Idex corresponding to 3.93% of all

outstanding shares.

Giant Leap International Limited and Smart Riches

Limited are both 100% owned by World Wide Touch

Technology (Holdings) Limited and in aggregate these

two companies own 21 373 299 shares of Idex

corresponding to 5.18% of all outstanding shares.
