Notice of IDEX annual general meeting 9 May 2018

IDEX ASA will hold its annual general meeting on Wednesday 9 May 2018 at 09.00

hours at the Vika Atrium Conference Centre in Oslo.

The notice with attendance form will be sent to the shareholders today and is

also enclosed in pdf file or available from the link at the end of this notice.

The annual report for 2017 has been published in a separate notice.

The notice of the annual general meeting and the annual report for 2017 are

available at the company's web site, www.idexbiometrics.com, and can be

requested from the company at no charge from [email protected]

Following the annual general meeting on 9 May, the CEO of IDEX, Stan Swearingen,

will give a presentation of the company's interim report for the first quarter

of 2018. The presentation, which will start at 09.30 am or after the annual

general meeting has adjourned, is open to the public and will be webcasted.
