Notice of IDEX annual general meeting 12 May 2015

IDEX ASA will hold its annual general meeting on 12 May 2015 at 09.00 hrs at the

Vika Atrium conference centre in Oslo. The notice with attendance form will be

sent to the shareholders today.

The annual report for 2014 has been issued in a separate notice.

At 09.30 hours or after the annual general meeting has been adjourned, the CEO,

Dr. Hemant Mardia, will give a presentation and status report of IDEX ASA. The

presentation is open to the general public and the press and it will be

webcasted.

The notice of the annual general meeting, with attendance form, is also enclosed

in pdf file or available in the link at the very end of this notice. The notice

of the annual general meeting and the annual report for 2014 are also available

www.idex.no or can be requested from the company at no charge from ir@idex.no.
