20 February 2026 - Identitii (ASX:ID8) (‘ Identitii’ , ‘ the Company ’) (ASX:ID8) advises that it has released a Supplementary Offer Document in relation to the offer document dated 4 December 2025 (and the clarification and amendment to the offer document dated 19 December 2025) following orders made by the Takeovers Panel in relation to the Company’s Rights Issue. The Supplementary Offer Document re-opens the Rights Issue, clarifies various disclosures and offers withdrawal rights to those shareholders who have accepted the Offer.
