Identitii Limited (ASX: ID8) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Identitii Limited (‘ID8’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of ID8, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 26 October 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT – LISTING RULE 17.1
Identitii Limited (ASX: ID8) ( Company ) requests a trading halt in its securities from ASX, effective immediately, pending the release of an announcement in relation to a proposed equity raise to be conducted by the Company by way of a placement.
The trading halt will last until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 26 October 2021 or the release to the market of the above mentioned announcement.
The Company is not aware of any reason as to why the trading halt should not be granted or any further information required to be disclosed to the market regarding the trading halt.
