REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION – LISTING RULE 17.2

Identitii Limited (ASX: ID8) ( Company ) requests a voluntary suspension in its securities from ASX, effective immediately, pending the release of an announcement in relation to a proposed equity raise to be conducted by the Company by way of an institutional placement ( Placement ).

Identitii expects the voluntary suspension to last until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Monday, 10[th] February 2020 or the release to the market of an announcement by the Company in relation to the outcome of the Placement.

The Company is not aware of any reason as to why the voluntary suspension should not be granted or any further information required to be disclosed to the market regarding the voluntary suspension.
