Dispatch of Prospectus and Entitlement and Acceptance Forms for the Partially Underwritten 1 for 1 Entitlement Offer
Identitii Limited ( Identitii or Company ) (ASX:ID8), the FinTech helping information move with money, is pleased to advise that the Prospectus and accompanying Entitlement and Acceptance forms for the partially underwritten non-renounceable entitlement offer at $0.07 per share have been mailed to Eligible Shareholders today.
As previously announced, key dates for the Offer are shown in the timetable below.
