Lapse of Unlisted Options
30 June 2020 - Identitii Limited (Identitii, Company) (ASX:ID8), the award winning FinTech creating a global ecosystem for financial information using existing systems, advises that 478,082 unlisted options have lapsed unexercised in accordance with the terms of their issue.
The Company’s capital structure following the lapse of the unlisted options is now:
