Identitii to Begin Project with HomeSend
Identitii Limited (Identitii, Company) (ASX:ID8) has signed a Statement of Work (SOW) with HomeSend.
HomeSend is a global cross-border payments network that enables financial institutions to transfer money internationally. Under this engagement, the second project under the Company’s MSA with Mastercard, the Identitii Overlay+ platform will help support the delivery of financial crime compliance information.
This SOW brings the total aggregate revenue agreed under the Mastercard MSA announced in August to $1.852 million*, comprised of $1.348 million in ongoing recurring licence fees over the agreed five-year period, plus $0.504 million in professional services fees to be recognised in FY21.
The terms of the agreement are the same as those in the MSA announced in August. Further SOWs are expected but have not yet been agreed.
This announcement has been approved and authorised to be given to ASX by the Board of Identitii Limited.
*Contract value is US$1.373 million. Exchange rate of 0.742 applied on 9 December 2020.
