Director Resignation
7 October 2021 – Leading RegTech Identitii Limited (ASX:ID8) (‘Identitii’ or ‘the Company’), advise that Co-Founder, Nick Armstrong, has today resigned from the Board. Nick’s decision was motivated by a desire to give total attention to his new company, Brick Lane Ventures, a technology-focused venture capital group specialising in health, climate and food verticals, which is now in early-stage commercialisation.
CEO John Rayment commented: “I am extremely thankful to Nick for his significant contribution to the Company and his unwavering support for myself and our team. His knowledge of emerging technologies has been a valuable asset in helping Identitii to establish itself as a RegTech that helps clients automate their reporting obligations to regulators. Nick has a passion for building new companies, so on behalf of the Board and the entire Identitii family I wish him the very best of luck with Brick Lane Ventures.”
Co-Founder Nick Armstrong commented: “As Co-Founder and a significant shareholder of Identitii, it has been fantastic to watch the Company continue to gain traction with clients looking for better ways to meet their regulatory reporting obligations. A number-one priority over the gradual wind-back of my role in the Company was ensuring it built a high calibre executive team and board. One year on from my re-election as a director at the Company’s last AGM, I am now of the view that this task is complete. With the business now in great hands, the time is right for me to focus on something new. I want to thank John and Steve for their support over the past 18 months and wish the board and the team all the very best as they continue to create a very exciting future for the Company and its shareholders.”
