Board appointment strengthens high-calibre existing team to accelerate Identitii’s commercial strategy
Highlights:
- Financial regulation intelligence expert joins Identitii Board as non-executive director, bringing exceptional regulatory and leadership experience, and strengthening Identitii’s reach into key commercial areas such as anti-money laundering, sanctions compliance and anti-bribery.
Identitii Limited ( Identitii, Company ) (ASX:ID8), the FinTech that is reducing last mile payment hold ups for banks and corporates, announces the appointment of a new non-executive director to its Board. Financial regulation expert Nathan Lynch will join Identitii’s Board with immediate effect.
Mr Lynch has more than 15 years’ experience in financial regulation and financial crime intelligence across the Asia-Pacific region. Of high relevance to Identitii’s commercial strategy, he brings deep understanding and connections within the anti-money laundering, sanctions compliance, regulatory reporting, anti-bribery, banking regulation and market conduct space. He is currently the manager of regulatory intelligence for a leading global fintech player and publishing house in Asia-Pacific, where he has worked for more than 8 years. Nathan co-founded the Australian and New Zealand operations of leading global financial compliance and technology company, Complinet, in 2008. He led its regulatory intelligence and publishing operations across the Australasian region for two years until its acquisition by a major global listed company, when he assumed his current role. Mr Lynch is based in Perth, Australia.
Mr Lynch joins existing Board members Mike Aston, Chairman; Peter Lloyd, non-executive director; and Nick Armstrong CEO and co-founder.
