Resignation/Appointment of Company Secretary
Identitii Limited (ASX: ID8) ( Company ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Elissa Hansen as Company Secretary of the Company, effective from the 1[st] of January 2019. Ms. Hansen replaces Ms. Margarita Claringbold who will resign as Company Secretary effective from the 1[st] January 2019.
Elissa is a Chartered Secretary with over 15 years’ experience as a company secretary and corporate governance professional. She has worked with boards and management on a range of ASX and NSX listed companies including assisting a number of organisations through the IPO process. Elissa is experienced in the specific requirements of companies in industries including resources, information technology, industrials and biotechnology.
Ms. Claringbold will continue in her role of Chief Financial Offer for the Company. The Directors would like to express their appreciation to Ms Claringbold for her contribution as Company Secretary since the IPO on the 16[th] of October 2018, and welcome Ms Hansen to the Identitii team.
