Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu 02.07.2025 tarihinde şirket merkezinde toplanarak aşağıda belirtilen hususları karar altına almışlardır.

2024 yılı hesap dönemine ait Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (II-14.1) sayılı "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" çerçevesinde hazırlanan ve Karar Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. tarafından denetlenen 01.01.2024-31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarımıza göre 156.020.738 TL "Net Dönem Zararı" ve Vergi Usul Kanunu (VUK) hükümleri gereğince hazırlanan gelir tablosuna göre 43.769.015,44 TL "Net Dönem Zararı" oluşmuştur. 2024 yılı faaliyetlerinden VUK esaslarına göre dağıtılabilir herhangi bir kar oluşmaması nedeniyle kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına ve ekte düzenlenen "2024 Yılı Kar Dağıtım Tablosu"nun kabul edilmesine,

İşbu teklif; 07.08.2025 tarihinde yapılan 2024 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında ortaklarımızın onayına sunulmuş olup 46.524.990 TL kabul oyu ile kabul edilmiştir.
