Dividend Rate Table Explanations

Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu 06.07.2023 tarihinde şirket merkezinde toplanarak aşağıda belirtilen hususları karar altına almışlardır.

I. 2022 yılı hesap dönemine ait Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (II-14.1) sayılı "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" çerçevesinde hazırlanan ve Karar Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. tarafından denetlenen 01.01.2022-31.12.2022 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarımıza göre 58.374.055 TL "Net Dönem Karı" ve Vergi Usul Kanunu (VUK) hükümleri gereğince hazırlanan gelir tablosuna göre 3.515.855,21 TL "Net Dönem Zararı" oluşmuştur.

2022 yılı faaliyetlerinden VUK esaslarına göre dağıtılabilir herhangi bir kar oluşmaması nedeniyle kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına ve ekte düzenlenen "2022 Yılı Kar Dağıtım Tablosu"nun kabul edilmesine,

III. İşbu teklifin Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında ortaklarımızın onayına sunulmasına,

Toplantıya katılanların çoğunluğunun oyu ile karar verilmiştir.
