Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu 25.05.2022 tarihinde şirket merkezinde toplanarak aşağıda belirtilen hususları karar altına almışlardır.

2021 yılı hesap dönemine ait Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (II-14.1) sayılı "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" çerçevesinde hazırlanan ve Karar Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. tarafından denetlenen 01.01.2021-31.12.2021 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarımıza göre 3.653.338 TL "Net Dönem Karı" ve Vergi Usul Kanunu (VUK) hükümleri gereğince hazırlanan gelir tablosuna göre 6.010.692,67 TL "Net Dönem Zararı" oluşmuştur.
2021 yılı faaliyetlerinden VUK esaslarına göre dağıtılabilir herhangi bir kar oluşmaması nedeniyle kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına ve ekte düzenlenen "2021 Yılı Kar Dağıtım Tablosu"nun kabul edilmesine,
İşbu teklif; 20.06.2022 tarihinde yapılan 2021 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında ortaklarımızın onayına sunulmuş olup yönetim kurulunun önerisi 1 ret oyuna karşılık 15.625.335 kabul oyu ile kabul edilmiştir.
