Şirketimizin 30.07.2021 tarihinde yapılan 2020 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında;

2020 yılı hesap dönemine ait Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (II-14.1) sayılı "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" çerçevesinde hazırlanan finansal tablolarında oluşan 7.104.738 TL tutarındaki dönem net karı ile yasal kayıtlara göre hazırlanan mali tablolarında oluşan 8.004.881,94 TL dönem net karının, devam eden yatırımların finansmanı göz önünde bulundurularak kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına, 2020 hesap dönemine ait karların geçmiş yıllar zararlarından mahsup edilmesine, yasal yedekler ayrıldıktan sonra kalan karların olağanüstü yedeklere aktarılmasına, ekte düzenlenen 2020 yılı kar dağıtım tablosunun kabul edilmesi hususundaki Yönetim Kurulu önerisi Genel Kurul Toplantısında oy birliği ile kabul edilmiştir.
