Announcement of acquisition of own shares

IDEAL HOLDINGS S.A. (hereinafter the "Company") in execution of the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 05.06.2025, as well as the resolutions of the Company's Board of Directors dated 13.05.2025 and 24.10.2025, in accordance with its announcement dated 27.10.2025, announces that, within the framework of its Share Buyback Program, the program's Lead Manager PIRAEUS SECURITIES S.A., proceeded with the purchase of own shares as follows:
