We wish to inform you that the Execu�ve Commi�ee of the Board of the ideaForge Technology Limited (Company) on June 16, 2025 has approved the allotment of 18,633 Equity Shares having face value of Rs. 10/- each towards the exercise of vested stock op�ons under the ideaForge Employees Stock Op�on Scheme, 2018. These shares shall rank pari-passu with the exis�ng equity shares of the Company in all respects.

Post allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 43,17,47,880/- comprising of 4,31,74,788 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up to Rs. 43,19,34,210/- comprising of 4,31,93,421 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid – up.

The details as required under Part E pursuant to Regula�on 10(c) of Securi�es and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regula�ons, 2021, ("SEBI SBEBSE Regula�ons") for ESOP 2021 are enclosed herewith as " Annexure - A " respec�vely.
