Sub: Allotment of Equity Shares of ideaForge Technology Limited (Company) under the ideaForge Employees Stock Opton Scheme, 2018
Dear Sir/Ma’am,
We wish to inform you that the Executive Committee of the Board of the ideaForge Technology Limited (Company) on December 16, 2024 has approved the allotment of 4,126 Equity Shares having face value of Rs. 10/- each towards the exercise of vested stock options under the ideaForge Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2018. These shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
Post allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company stands increased from 43,03,28,940/- comprising of 4,30,32,894 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up to Rs. 43,03,70,200/- comprising of 4,30,37,020 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid – up.
The details as required under Part E pursuant to Regulation 10(c) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021, ("SEBI SBEBSE Regulations") for ESOP 2021 are enclosed herewith as " Annexure - A " respectively.
