Dear Sir/Ma’am,
In compliance with Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, we would like to inform you that the Company has received an amount of INR 9,19,43,559 (Nine Crore Nineteen Lakhs Forty Three Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty Nine Rupees only) on October 4, 2023 from TATA AIG general Insurance company limited against the claim made for INR 9,19,96,402/- under Policy no. 5180107030 due to Fire incident at EL – 146, TTC Industrial Area, Electronic Zone, MIDC, Mahape, of the Company on April 06, 2022.
In this regard, we hereby enclosing the necessary details as required under the Listing Regulations, in accordance with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015. Please find the details attached as Annexure – A .
