Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations, we hereby inform that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held today i.e. January 28, 2025, inter alia, approved the appointment of Mr. Nilesh Jaywant (Membership No.: A26554) as the Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company with effect from January 30, 2025.

Details with respect to the above changes as required under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoDI/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are provided in the Annexure to this letter.

Regulations, and strengthening governance
frameworks.
Mr. Nilesh Jaywant in his current employment with
ideaForge Technology Limited handling various
portfolios like Legal, Secretarial, Risk & Compliance.
In his last employment with Huhtamaki India
Limited, he was instrumental and played a key role
in the matters related to the Corporate
Governance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Factory
Compliances, Real Estate, Investor Relations,
Contract Negotiations, Litigation & Non-Litigation
Management, Insolvency Litigations, Liasoning with
various Regulatory and Government Authorities,
implementation of various compliance software.
