Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015), (“SEBI Listing Regulations”) read with Sub-Para 7, Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the said Regulations, we wish to inform you that Mr. Ganapathy Subramaniam (DIN- 00019891) has tendered his resignation from the position of the Non- Executive Director of ideaForge Technology Limited (“the Company”) vide his letter dated, July 07, 2025 received by the Company through an email with effect from close of the business hours on July 08, 2025. Consequently, he shall also cease to be a Chairman of the Risk Management Committee and Member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Company.

The details required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III - Para A(7B) of Part A of the SEBI Listing Regulations and read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, issued in this regard, are given in Annexure – A.

The letter of resignation received from Mr. Ganapathy Subramaniam, is enclosed herewith.

Subject: Resignation from the position of Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Dear Sir(s)/Ma’am,

I, Ganapathy Subramaniam , was appointed as Non-executive Director on the Board of ideaForge Technology Limited (“the Company”) on November 28, 2017. Over the years, as a Director and a Non – Executive Chairman, I have been privileged of being part of an inspiring and dynamic journey from ideaForge’s early evolution as a private company and a startup to its successful transformation into a publicly listed organization. It has also been an honour to serve the Company at its pivotal phase of growth in contributing towards various strategic initiatives and support the company’s growth trajectory. Beyond formal governance responsibilities, it has also been deeply rewarding to act as a sounding board to the executive team, particularly during stages of strategic inflection, scaling operations and market expansion. I have endeavoured to serve not only as a director but as a trusted partner and stabilizing force helping build a blend of unwavering support to the Company. I take great pride in having been a part of the Board of the Company and I am confident that the company is wellpositioned for continued success.

I, hereby tender my resignation as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, with effect from July 8, 2025 , I will also be stepping down from the Chairmanship of Risk Management Committee and membership of Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board. As I now embark on a new business venture, there will be an increase in my responsibilities due to which I will not be able to devote my time to the Board of the Company. This decision is driven by a long-standing aspiration to lead my own enterprise and explore fresh challenges.

As I now step back from this role, I extend my sincere gratitude and thank my fellow Board members and management for the support and cooperation extended to me during my tenure as the Nonexecutive Director of the Company. I kindly request the Board to take this resignation on record.
