Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Members of the Company, at its 18[th] Annual General Meeting held Thursday, July 31, 2025 via Video Conferencing (“VC”) and Other Audio Visual Means (“OAVM”) have inter-alia considered and approved the Appointment of M/s. S. N. ANANTHASUBRAMANIAN & Co. Practicing Company Secretaries (FRN: P1991MH040400) as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a period of 5 (“five”) consecutive years from the Financial Year 2025-26 till the Financial Year 2029-30.

The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 is attached as Annexure A and the brief profile of M/s. S. N. ANANTHASUBRAMANIAN & Co. Practicing Company Secretaries is attached as Annexure B.
