Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 24(A) and Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), this is to inform that based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Tuesday July 22, 2025 and the shareholders at their meeting held through Postal Ballot by passing the special resolution have approved the following:

Appointment of Mr. Vipul Joshi (DIN: 10071782) as the Whole-time Director of the Company with effect from the date of the approval of the shareholders i.e. September 06, 2025 for a period of 5(five) years.

Identification and addition of Mr. Vipul Joshi (DIN: 10071782) in the category of Promoters and granting of Special Rights to the Promoters of the Company.
