Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please take note that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, October 28, 2024, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024.
Further, in continuation of our earlier letter dated September 27, 2024 under subject ‘Closure of Trading Window’ under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relative, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed up to 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2024.
