Cavaillon, November 30, 2015 – In line with its "asset-light" strategy, ID Logistics announces that it has finalized today the sale of a portfolio of 3 warehouses representing a total surface area of 110,000 m². These three sites were owned by groupe CEPL which was acquired by ID Logistics (back) in July 2013.
The total value of the transaction amounts to almost € 30 million before taxes and fees. This deal, which is not expected to have a significant impact on the Group's earnings, will accelerate its deleveraging plan and strengthen its investment resources to benefit internal and external growth.
