Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), we wish to inform you that the second consecutive term of appointment of Mr. Arun Duggal and Ms. Ranjana Agarwal as an Independent Director(s) of the Company ended on November 10, 2024. Consequently, Mr. Duggal ceased to be the Chairman and an Independent Director of ICRA Limited (the "Company"), and Ms. Agarwal has also ceased to be an Independent Director of the Company with effect from November 11, 2024.

The Board of Directors of the Company placed on record its appreciation for the valuable contributions made by Mr. Duggal and Ms. Agarwal, during their tenure with the Company.
