Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), we would like to inform you that Mr. N. Sivaraman (DIN: 00001747) joined as Managing Director & Group CEO, on Monday, August 10, 2020.

Following this, Mr. Vipul Agarwal, the Interim Chief Operating Officer and Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO) of the Company has returned to his previous position of Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO), effective today.
