Corporate Update

WideCells announces that Mr. Peter Presland has stepped down from the Board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect in order to pursue his other business interests.  Mr. Presland has been a Director since December 2017, and the Board would like to thank him for his contribution and wishes him well in the future.

The Company also announces that following the change in strategy and the arrival of the Iconic Labs team, it has terminated the engagement of Align Research, again with immediate effect.
