Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (“Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, i.e., on Friday, 15th May 2026 has inter alia, considered and approved the following matter:

1. Appointment of Additional Non-Executive Independent Director:

The Board in its meeting held on Friday, 15th May 2026 approved the appointment of Mr. Vishnu Prasad (DIN: 06513249) as the Additional Non-Executive Independent Director in the Company with effect from 15th May 2026.

1. Re-constitution of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors:

The Board of Directors of the Company has re-constituted the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company with effect from 15th May 2026 as below:
