ANNOUNCEMENT

The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Jackin International Holdings Limited (the “Company”) announces that Mr. Chan Siu Kay has resigned as a company secretary and an authorized representative of the Company with effect from 17 January 2004. With effect from the same day, Mr. Choi Tze Kit, Sammy has been appointed as a company secretary and an authorized representative of the Company.

The Board would like to express its deepest appreciation to Mr. Chan Siu Kay for his invaluable contribution to the Company in the past. The Board also believes that this management change will not have any significant impact on the Company’s business and daily operations.
