ICL Signs Framework Agreements for 2025-2027 Supply of Potash to Customers in China
ICL hereby announces that it has signed framework agreements for supply of potash with its customers in China for the next three years (2025-2027).
The framework agreements provide for the supply of an aggregate amount of 2,500,000 metric tons of potash, with mutual options for an additional 960,000 metric tons in aggregate, over the course of the three year-term. Prices for the quantities to be supplied according to the framework agreements shall be established in line with the prevailing market prices in China at the relevant date of supply.

החברה מתכבדת לדווח כי חתמה על הסכמי מסגרת תלת שנתיים לאספקת אשלג ללקוחותיה בסין בשלוש השנים הקרובות )2025-2027(.
הסכמי המסגרת כוללים אספקת אשלג, בהיקף מצטבר של 2,500,000 טון אשלג, עם אופציות הדדיות לאספקת 960,000 טון נוספים במצטבר, במהלך תקופת שלוש השנים. המחירים לכמויות שיסופקו על פי הסכמי המסגרת ייקבעו בהתאם למחירי האשלג שיהיו מקובלים במועד האספקה הרלוונטי בשוק הסיני.
