Contract for the Sale of Potash to a Customer in India

Further to the Company's announcement dated December 27, 2018, regarding a five-year supply agreement (the "Five-Year Agreement") that was signed with Indian Potash Limited (IPL), India's largest importer of potash, the Company hereby announces that today it signed an agreement to update the price by \$10 less per tonne, for all shipments from October 2019 to March 2020.

בהמשך להודעת החברה מיום 27 בדצמבר 2018 בקשר עם חתימת הסכם חמש שנתי לאספקת אשלג )"ההסכם החמש שנתי"( ל-(IPL (Limited Potash Indian, יבואנית האשלג הגדולה בהודו, החברה מדווחת כי חתמה היום על הסכם לעדכון המחיר בפחות 10 דולר לטון, בגין כל משלוחי האשלג מאוקטובר 2019 עד מרץ .2020
