Framework Agreements for the Sale of Potash to Customers in China

Further to the Company's announcement regarding the signing of contracts for the sale of Potash to customers in China to be supplied by the end of June 2019, dated October 14, 2018 (Ref. No. 2018-02-095784), the Company hereby announces that it has signed framework agreements with its customers in China for the next three years (2019-2021), to supply 3 million tonnes of potash, with additional options for 0.75 million tonnes. Prices for the quantities to be supplied subject to the framework agreements shall be established in line with the prevailing market prices in China at the relevant date of supply.

הסכמי מסגרת למכירת אשלג ללקוחות בסין

בהמשך לדיווח המיידי של החברה מיום 14 באוקטובר 2018 )אסמכתא מס': 2018-02-095784(, בקשר עם חתימה על הסכמים לאספקת אשלג ללקוחות בסין עד יוני ,2019 החברה מתכבדת לדווח כי היא חתמה על הסכמי מסגרת עם לקוחות בסין לאספקת אשלג בשלוש השנים הקרובות )2021-2019(, בהיקף של 3 מיליון טון, בתוספת אופציות בהיקף של 0.75 מיליון טון. המחירים לכמויות שיסופקו על-פי הסכמי המסגרת ייקבעו בהתאם למחירי האשלג שיהיו מקובלים במועד האספקה הרלוונטי בשוק הסיני.
