Agreement for the Supply of Potash to a Customer in India During 2024
ICL hereby announces that it has reached an agreement with its long-term customer, Indian Potash Limited (IPL), India's largest importer of potash, to supply an aggregate of 420,000 metric tons of potash, to be supplied through 2024, at a price in line with the current market price in India. With this agreement, ICL has sold all of its standard and fine potash to be produced until the end of 2024. The agreement is within the framework of the five-year supply agreement with IPL for the years 2022-2027, which was signed in March 2022.

הסכם למכירת אשלג ללקוח בהודו במהלך שנת 2024
ICL מתכבדת לדווח כי הגיעה להסכם עם (IPL (Limited Potash Indian, לקוחה ותיקה של ICL שהינה יבואנית האשלג הגדולה בהודו, לאספקת כמות כוללת של 420,000 טון של אשלג, אשר תסופק עד סוף שנת ,2024 במחיר התואם את מחיר השוק הנוכחי בהודו. בעקבות הסכם זה, החברה השלימה את מכירת כלל האשלג מסוג סטנדרט ודק אשר תייצר עד תום שנת .2024 ההסכם הינ ו במסגרת ההתקשרות החמש שנתית ממרץ 2022 לאספקת אשלג בין החברה לבין IPL לשנים 2022-2027 )"החוזה ארוך הטווח"(.
