Agreement to Increase the Selling Price of Potash to India for the Remaining Volumes Committed for 2021

Further to the Company's announcement dated April 5th 2021, regarding the contract with Indian Potash Limited (IPL) for potash supply through 2021 at a selling price \$280 per ton CIFFO Indian ports, the Company wishes to update, that it has reached an agreement with IPL to increase the selling price of 150 thousand tons of Potash to be delivered to India in 2021 to \$445 per ton CIFFO Indian ports, while a balance of 150 thousand tons still outstanding will be allocated to other ICL customers.

הסכם לעדכון מחיר המכירה בהסכם עם IPL

בהמשך להודעת החברה מיום 5 באפריל 2021 בקשר עם ההסכם לאספקת אשלג עם Potash Indian (IPL (Limited עד דצמבר 2021 במחיר של 280 דולר לטון Ports Indian CIFFO, החברה מבקשת לעדכן שהגיעה להסכם עם IPL לעדכון מחיר המכירה של 150 אלפי טון אשלג מתוך כמויות ההסכם למחיר של 445 דולר לטון Ports Indian CIFFO, בעוד שהיתרה בהיקף של כ150- אלפי טון תסופק ללקוחות אחרים של החברה.
