Contracts for the Sale of Potash to Customers in China
The Company hereby announces that it has signed several contracts with its customers in China to supply an aggregate 905,000 metric tons of potash, with mutual options for additional 375,000 metric tons, to be shipped in larger quantities per shipment, by the end of June 2019. The selling prices stipulated in the contracts are \$60 per tonne above the previous contracts and are in line with the recent contract prices in China. The contracts are part of the three-year framework agreements between ICL and its Chinese customers.
This announcement follows ICL's announcement from August 29, 2018, regarding execution of contracts with customers in India for the supply of 775,000 metric tons of potash by June 2019.

חוזים למכירת אשלג ללקוחות בסין
החברה מתכבדת לדווח כי חתמה על מספר חוזי אספקה עם לקוחותיה בסין לאספקת אשלג בהיקף מצטבר של 905,000 טון, כולל אופציות הדדיות לאספקת 375,000 טון נוספים, אשר יסופקו בכמויות גדולות יותר פר משלוח, עד סוף יוני .2019 מחירי המכירה הקבועים בחוזים גבוהים ב60- דולר ממחירי המכירה בחוזים הקודמים ומשקפים את מחירי החוזים האחרים שנחתמו לאחרונה בסין. החוזים הינם חלק מהסכמי מסגרת תלת-שנתיים בין החברה ללקוחותיה בסין.
הודעה זו הינה בהמשך להודעת החברה מיום 29 באוגוסט ,2018 בדבר חתימת חוזים עם לקוחות בהודו לאספקת אשלג בכמות מצטברת של 775,000 טון, לאספקה עד חודש יוני .2019
