ICL Signs a Five Year Framework Agreement for the Sale of Potash in India
The Company hereby announces that it signed, for the first time, a five-year supply agreement with Indian Potash Limited ("IPL"), India's largest importer of potash. According to the agreement, ICL is expected to supply IPL with 600,000 tonnes per year in 2019 and 2020, increasing to 650,000 tonnes per year in 2021-2023, including options. Prices for the quantities to be supplied under the framework agreement shall be determined in accordance with the prevailing market prices in India at the relevant date of supply.

כיל חתמה על הסכם מסגרת חמש שנתי לאספקת אשלג בהודו
החברה מדווחת כי היא חתמה לראשונה על הסכם חמש שנתי לאספקת אשלג ל Limited Potash Indian )IPL), יבואנית האשלג הגדולה בהודו. על פי ההסכם, כיל צפויה לספק ל- IPL 600 אלף טון אשלג לשנה בשנים ,2019-2020 אשר יגדלו ל- 650 אלף טון בשנה בין השנים ,2021-2023 כולל אופציות. המחירים לכמויות שיסופקו על-פי הסכמי המסגרת ייקבעו בהתאם למחירי האשלג שיהיו מקובלים במועד האספקה הרלוונטי בשוק ההודי.
