Contracts for the Sale of Potash to Customers in China
The Company hereby announces that it has signed several contracts with its customers in China to supply an aggregate 925,000 metric tons of potash for delivery during 2017. The selling prices stipulated in the contracts are in line with the recent contract prices in China. The contracts are part of three-year framework agreements between ICL and its Chinese customers.

החברה מתכבדת לדווח כי חתמה על מספר חוזי אספקה עם לקוחותיה בסין לאספקת אשלג בהיקף של 925,000 טון במהלך שנת .2017 מחירי החוזים משקפים מחירי חוזים אחרים שנחתמו לאחרונה עם יבואנים בסין. החוזים הינם חלק מהסכמי מסגרת בני שלוש שנים בין החברה ללקוחותיה בסין.
