Sale of Potash to Customers in India

The Company wishes to announce that it signed several contracts for the supply of an aggregate 750,000 metric tonnes of potash, including options, to be shipped between August 2017 and July 2018, with its customers in India. The agreed quantities are in line with previous year agreed quantities. The selling price stipulated in the contracts is \$13 per tonne above previous contracts and similar to the prices announced recently by other potash manufacturers for sales to the Indian market.
