Dividend Distribution – Supplemental Report
Further to the Company's immediate report dated August 9, 2023 (reference number 2023-02- 091545), regarding a dividend distribution out of the Company's earnings in the amount of about \$81 million, the Company hereby reports that the dividend amount per share in US dollars is \$0.06321, and the dividend amount per share for shareholders who will receive the payment in Shekels is ILS 0.2407037, based on today's representative exchange rate as published by the Bank of Israel.
The dividend will be paid only to registered shareholders entitled to receive US\$2 or more.
The record date is August 30, 2023 and the payment date is September 13, 2023.
From the current dividend payment, Israeli tax will be withheld at the following rates: (1) with respect to about 60% of the dividend, an Israeli resident company will not be charged for withholding tax; the withholding tax rate for an Israeli-resident individual will be 25%; and the withholding tax rate for foreign residents (individuals and companies) will be 25% or in accordance with the applicable international tax treaties – whichever is lower; (2) with respect to about 40% of the dividend, an Israeli resident company will not be charged for withholding tax; an Israeli resident individual will be charged for withholding tax at a rate of 20%; and foreign residents (individuals and companies) will be charged for withholding tax at a rate of 20% or in accordance with the applicable international tax treaties – whichever is lower.

חלוקת דיבידנד – דיווח משלים
בהמשך לדיווח המיידי של החברה מיום 9 באוגוסט 2023 (מספר אסמכתא 2023-02-091545), בקשר עם חלוקת דיבידנד מתוך רווחי החברה בסכום של כ81- מיליון דולר ארה"ב, החברה מדווחת בזאת, כי סכום הדיבידנד למניה הוא 0.06321 דולר ארה"ב, וסכום הדיבידנד למניה לבעלי מניות אשר מקבלים את התשלום בשקלים יעמוד על 0.2407037 ש"ח, על-פי השער היציג של בנק ישראל נכון להיום.
הדיבידנד ישולם רק לבעלי מניות רשומים הזכאים לקבל סכום של 2 דולר ארה"ב ומעלה.
המועד הקובע הינו ה30- באוגוסט 2023 ומועד התשלום הינו ה13- בספטמבר .2023
מתשלום הדיבידנד הנוכחי ינוכה מס ישראלי בשיעורים הבאים: (1) לגבי כ60%- מהדיבידנד, חברה תושבת ישראל לא תחויב בניכוי מס במקור, יחיד תושב ישראל יחויב בניכוי מס במקור בשיעור של 25% ותושבי חוץ (יחידים וחברות) יחויבו בניכוי מס במקור בשיעור של 25% או בהתאם לקבוע באמנות מיסוי בינלאומיות, לפי הנמוך מבניהם; (2) לגבי כ40%- מהדיבידנד, חברה תושבת ישראל לא תחויב בניכוי מס במקור, יחיד תושב ישראל יחויב בניכוי מס במקור בשיעור של 20% ותושבי חוץ (יחידים וחברות) יחויבו בניכוי מס במקור בשיעור של 20% או בהתאם לקבוע באמנות מיסוי בינלאומיות, לפי הנמוך מבניהם.
