Q2 2017 Dividend Distribution – Supplemental Report
Pursuant to the Company's immediate report dated August 3, 2017 (reference number 2017-02-066904) regarding a dividend distribution out of the Company's revenues of the second quarter of 2017 in the amount of about \$32 million, the Company hereby reports that the dividend amount per share in US dollars is \$0.02450, and the dividend amount per share for shareholders who will receive the payment in Shekels is ILS 0.0877345 based on today's representative exchange rate as published by the Bank of Israel.
From the current dividend payment, Israeli tax will be withheld at the following rates: (1) with respect to 37.78% of the dividend, an Israeli resident company is exempt from payment of tax; an Israeli individual resident of Israel will be charged for withholding tax at the rate of 25%; and foreign residents (individuals and companies) will be charged for withholding tax at the rate of 25% or in accordance with the applicable international tax treaties – whichever is lower; (2) regarding to 62.22% of the dividend, an Israeli resident company will be charged for withholding tax at the rate of 15%, an Israeli resident individual will be charged for withholding tax at the rate of 15%, and foreign residents (individuals and companies) will be charged for withholding tax at the rate of 4%, or in accordance with the applicable international tax treaties – whichever is lower.

בהמשך לדיווח המיידי מיום 3 באוגוסט 2017 )מספר אסמכתא 2017-02-066904( בקשר עם חלוקת דיבידנד מתוך רווחי החברה ברבעון השני של שנת 2017 בסכום של כ32- מיליון דולר ארה"ב, החברה מדווחת בזאת כי סכום הדיבידנד למניה בדולר ארה"ב הוא 0.02450 דולר, וסכום הדיבידנד למניה לבעלי מניות אשר מקבלים את התשלום בשקלים יעמוד על 0.0877345 שקל, זאת על-פי השער היציג של בנק ישראל נכון להיום.
מתשלום הדיבידנד הנוכחי ינוכה מס ישראלי בשיעורים הבאים: )1( לגבי 37.78% מהדיבידנד חברה תושבת ישראל פטורה מתשלום מס, יחיד תושב ישראל יחויב בניכוי מס במקור בשיעור של 25% ותושבי חוץ )יחידים וחברות( יחויבו בניכוי מס במקור בשיעור של 25% או בהתאם לקבוע באמנות מיסוי בינלאומיות, לפי הנמוך מבניהם;)2( לגבי 62.22% מהדיבידנד חברה תושבת ישראל תחויב בניכוי מס במקור בשיעור של ,15% יחיד תושב ישראל יחויב בניכוי מס במקור בשיעור של 15% ותושבי חוץ )יחידים וחברות( יחויבו בניכוי מס במקור בשיעור של 4% או בהתאם לקבוע באמנות מיסוי בינלאומיות, לפי הנמוך מבניהם.
