Contract for the Supply of Potash to a Customer in India During 2020

ICL hereby announces that it has signed a contract with Indian Potash Limited (IPL), India's largest importer of potash, to supply an aggregate 410,000 metric tons of potash, with mutual options for additional 30,000 metric tons, to be supplied through December 2020. The selling price stipulated in the contract is \$50 per ton below the previous contract and are in line with the recent contract prices in India. The contract is part of the five-year supply agreements signed in December 2018 between ICL and IPL.

הסכם למכירת אשלג ללקוח בהודו לשנת 2020

החברה מתכבדת לדווח כי חתמה על הסכם לאספקת אשלג ל-(IPL (Limited Potash Indian, יבואנית האשלג הגדולה בהודו, בהיקף מצטבר של 410,000 טון, כולל אופציות הדדיות לאספקת 30 אלף טון נוספים, עד סוף שנת .2020 מחיר המכירה הקבוע בהסכם נמוך ב50- דולר ממחיר המכירה בהסכם הקודם ומשקף את מחירי ההסכמים האחרים שנחתמו לאחרונה בהודו. ההסכם החדש הינו במסגרת החוזה החמש שנתי לאספקת אשלג שחתמה החברה עם IPL בחודש דצמבר 2018 .
