Complaint against the Dead Sea Bromine Company Ltd.
Further to the Company's immediate report dated April 3, 2017 (Ref: 2017-02-029866) regarding a complaint filed by Great Lakes Chemical Corporation ("GLCC") against the Company's subsidiary Dead Sea Bromine Company Ltd. ("DSB"), alleging the breach of a 2003 agreement pertaining to the supply and sale of bromine and bromine derivatives (the "Supply Agreement"), the Company hereby reports that DSB and GLCC have entered into a settlement agreement ending the legal dispute between them (the "Settlement Agreement").
The arrangements provided under the Settlement Agreement, as aforesaid, are at amounts which are not material to the Company.

תביעה כנגד חברת ברום ים המלח בע"מ
בהמשך להודעת החברה מיום 3 באפריל 2017 )אסמכתא מס': 2017-02-029866( בדבר תביעה שהוגשה על-ידי חברת .Ltd Chemicals Lakes Great"( גרייט לייקס"( נגד החברה בת ברום ים המלח בע"מ )"חברת הברום"(, שבה נטענה הפרה לכאורה של הסכם משנת 2003 לאספקה ומכירה של ברום אלמנטרי ותרכובות ברום )"הסכם אספקה"(, החברה מדווחת בזאת, כי חברת הברום וגרייט לייקס חתמו על הסכם פשרה לסיום המחלוקת המשפטית ביניהם )"הסכם הפשרה"(.
ההסדרים שנקבעו בהסכם הפשרה, כאמור, הינם בסכומים לא מהותיים לחברה.
