Dismissal of the Motion for the Approval of a Class Action

Further to the Company's report dated August 29, 2013 (reference 2013-01-132813), and to Note 23 of the Company's 2015 financial reports, the Company hereby reports that the District Court in Tel-Aviv dismissed today the Motion filed on August 29, 2013, for the certification of a Class Action against the Company, Israel Corporation, the Company's Board of Directors and CEO, on the grounds of misleading information, deception and non-disclosure of material information in the Company's reports, allegedly in violation of the provisions of the Israeli Securities Law and the Israeli general laws. The court also ruled that the plaintiff shall pay to the Company and the other defendants a portion of the trial expenses and attorneys' fees.

דחיית בקשה לאישור תביעה ייצוגית

בהמשך לדיווח החברה מיום 29 באוגוסט 2013 )אסמכתא 2013-01-132813( ולבאור 23 לדוחות הכספיים של החברה לשנת ,2015 החברה מדווחת בזאת כי בית המשפט המחוזי בתל אביב דחה היום את הבקשה לאישור תביעה ייצוגית שהוגשה ביום 29 באוגוסט 2013 כנגד החברה, החברה לישראל בע"מ, הדירקטוריון ומנכ"ל החברה, וזאת בעילה של פרט מטעה, הטעייה ואי גילוי לגבי פרט מהותי בדיווחי החברה, וזאת לכאורה בניגוד להוראות חוק ניירות ערך ולדין הכללי בישראל. כמו כן, פסק בית המשפט כי התובעת תשלם לחברה ולשאר הנתבעים, חלק מהוצאות המשפט ושכר טרחת עורכי הדין.
