Agreement for the Supply of Potash to a Customer in India During 2024

ICL hereby announces that it has reached an agreement with its long-term customer, Indian Potash Limited (IPL), India’s largest importer of potash, to supply an aggregate of 420,000 metric tons of potash, to be supplied through 2024, at a price in line with the current market price in India. With this agreement, ICL has sold all of its standard and fine potash to be produced until the end of 2024. The agreement is within the framework of the five-year supply agreement with IPL for the years 2022-2027, which was signed in March 2022.

For information regarding the long-term agreement with IPL (2022-2027), as well as for the 2022 and 2023 agreements with IPL, see the Company's announcements dated March 21, 2022 (Ref No.2022-02-032452) and dated May 1, 2023 (Ref No.2023-02-046767).
