The Company hereby announces that the ICL Annual Corporate Responsibility (ESG) web-report for 2021 (the " 2021 Report ") was released earlier today and can be found in the following link: https://icl-group-sustainability.com/ . The on-line 2021 Report includes over 140 topic-specific web pages, providing the Company's diverse stakeholders with easy access to their subjects of interest. The 2021 Report also includes interactive features, including short films and dynamic data charts.

As part of ICL's sustainability approach, ICL incorporated into the report Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards, as well as Sustainable Accounting Standard Board (SASB) and Task Force on Climate related Financial Disclosers (TCFD) indicators, in addition to publishing disclosures according to TCFD, as part of ICL’s 2021 Annual Report on form 20F with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on February 23, 2022.
