The Company hereby reports that Mr. Geoffery Merszei, a member of the Company's Board of Directors, informed the Chairman of the Board that after three years of service he decided to step down, for personal reasons, with immediate effect.

The Board of Directors thanks Mr. Merszei for his great contribution to the Company.
