Extension of Period to offer Securities pursuant to the Company’s Shelf Prospectus

The Company hereby reports that the Israeli Securities Authority has decided to extend the period to offer securities pursuant to the Company’s shelf prospectus in Israel (prospectus number 29473) dated March 21, 2016 (reference no. 2016-02-009699), For an additional 12 months, that is, up to March 20, 2019.
