Appointment of a New Member to the Company’s Board of Directors

The Company hereby reports that its Board of Directors appointed yesterday Mr. Yoav Doppelt as a new Board Member of the Company’s Board of Directors, with effect until the next annual general meeting of the Company's shareholders.

Mr. Doppelt holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics and management from the Faculty of Industrial Management at the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology), and an MBA degree from Haifa University, Israel. Mr. Doppelt served as CEO of Kenon Holdings (NYSE: KEN, TASE: KEN), a global company and Executive Chairman of ICpower (power generation company). He is the chairman of OPC energy LTD (TASE: OPCE) and director at Zim Shipping Ltd.
